(Taken from car on Beaverton-Hillsdale highway, Portland Oregon). Previously it said this.
(First time I've takem a picture with a real camera and not the phone-cam, no, I wasn't driving).
The sign is in Portland, Oregon. (On the Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, between Portland and Beaverton). I have no affiliation - I just drive or ride the bus past the sign most days. The sign is located here (via mapquest).

It is the wisest of signs. I'm going to start a new religion based on its teachings.
